I believe that you are unique. That you are special, that there is a purpose to your life. That you are here to express the very best you in this world. That within you is far more potential than you have expressed to date.

My approach to working together starts with understanding your world. Your beliefs, your life experiences, and the decisions you have made along the way that make you unique and special. It is all about you. We work together to help you achieve the changes you are looking for to improve the quality your life. A key part of this is creating a safe, supportive and fun environment to nurture your changes.

Step 1 – Understand Where You Are At In Your Life!

We start by identifying what is important to you, and where you want to move forward in your life. What you see your challenges are. Great, now we are getting on the map. We have a starting point.

Step 2 – Identify Where You Want to Go!

Now, what you want to experience more of? What is the vision of where you want to end up, your destination? You may or may not have a very clear picture of what you want. Or you may have a very clear picture of what you don’t want. Now you have clarity on your outcomes.

Step 3 – Identify What’s Holding You Back

Here’s the tricky bit, getting from where you are to where you want to go, is full of personal obstacles that we need to identify and work on together in order to move past them swiftly and efficiently.

Step 4 – Draw on Advanced Change Work to Improve Your Life!

Now because you are unique, we customise the approach to getting you what you desire. This comes from experience and proven strategies in advanced change work. These include and are not limited to: Life Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Handwriting Analysis, Energy Work and Intuition. The issues that are holding you back are addressed. New beliefs and behaviours that will serve you going forward to achieve your personal goals are implemented. This is fun because you get to design new aspects of you, to achieve the lifestyle that you want!

More often than not, coaching involves helping people become very resourceful with what they have. For this reason, I help you explore existing resources in your life, and cause the necessary shifts required for you to make the most of them. This is empowering, because with time, you gain confidence to draw on everything around you to create the experiences you want in life.

Step 5 – Develop Your New Relationship to Your Life!

With all change work, new habits can take time to become sustainable. The reason most people fail is that they fall back in to the old habits. This step is to ensure that you continue to live the life you want.
