In marriage or relationship counselling I broadly encounter two types of dreams. The most common is what people dream for their future. The second is what the dream at night. Both forms of dreams can impact our lives. Dreaming of the future can give couples something to work toward together. Dreams at night can reveal what is going on in the unconscious and is a fascinating way to explore understanding our self better.
